Scope
This notice covers the Midra public website and its contact links. It does not describe the processing of customer documents inside a private Midra estimating workspace. Product use is subject to separately agreed terms and privacy information.
Interface previews
The public website currently displays temporary interface previews using illustrative data. They do not connect to a private estimating workspace, upload documents or send information to an AI provider. Preview controls run in your browser.
When you visit
The site code does not include advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, session replay or a marketing-cookie system. Hosting services may process ordinary request information to deliver and protect the website.
When you contact us
The contact form submits your name, work email, company and message to the website’s request service, where the enquiry is stored for follow-up. When email delivery is enabled, the enquiry is also sent to the Midra team using the website’s configured email service (our SMTP relay or the existing Formspree contact service). If email delivery fails, the saved enquiry remains available for follow-up. You can also email info@midraai.com directly.
Information you choose to send, such as your name, work email, company and message, is used to respond to your enquiry. A demo request is not consent to an unrelated marketing subscription.
Your information
Enquiry information is used for responding to the request and should be retained only for its stated purpose and applicable requirements, with access limited to those who need it. Email services process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
